Simon Squibb Property: Following my recent video ‘Simon Squibb exposed’, which highlighted some of Simon’s absurd property myths, the business influencer has responded to me in a livestream. He wasn’t pleased to say the least! He has continued to call property investment a scam and doesn’t want to address my criticism. I don’t have anything against Simon Squibb on a personal level, so why exactly did I make a video criticising him? In this article, I will give you 3 reasons why I exposed Simon Squibb. Initially, Simon Squibb contacted me for a debate. I prepared for it and was ready for a great conversation. Simon decided to cancel the day before the debate. I tried to follow up to reschedule, but he said he no longer wanted to debate.
At first, I thought he may have realised that his views on property were wrong. That would have been a fine outcome for me, as at least he would have stopped spreading misinformation about the property industry. However, it turned out that he was continuing to say the same things. This is one reason I decided to make a ‘Simon Squibb property exposed’ video.
2. Simon Squibb Property: He Has Influence And Calls Property A Scam!
Another reason I made the ‘Simon Squibb property exposed’ video was because he has a lot of influence, and is actively putting people off doing property who could benefit from it. When he says things like ‘property investment is a scam’, it has the potential to hurt a lot of people. That is why he needed to be called out.
Not only that, but when he calls for changes in the law, such as a ban on owning more than one home, he could potentially hurt the UK as a whole. While he doesn’t have the power to change the law, his platform can influence the national conversation. It is therefore important his views are challenged.
3. Simon Squibb Property: He Invests In Property Himself!
It would be one thing if Simon Squibb’s property views were in alignment with his own actions, but unfortunately that doesn’t appear to be the case. While he tells ordinary people to stay away from property, and that property investment is a scam, he has also spoken about his own involvement in property. He is involved in converting commercial units into residential homes!
