If you haven’t seen my financial freedom challenges before, they are where I start again from nothing, or help someone else start from nothing, to become financially free in a short period of time. It can literally be life changing stuff!
Not everyone gets the chance to do a financial freedom challenge with me, but I believe everyone can become financially free with the right work ethic and training. In this article, I will give you 3 simple steps to become financially free yourself.

1. Samuel Leeds The Eviction 2024: Define Financial Freedom And Passive Income
Before trying to attain financial freedom, it is important to define the term. When I say financial freedom, I am referring to having passive income that exceeds your living expenses. This means that if you were to stop working your job, you could afford to live. The lower your living expenses are, the lower your financial freedom number is.
Passive income is money that you receive on a recurring basis that you don’t have to work for. There are very few sources of passive income that are entirely passive, however. Most will require some work to maintain, but they shouldn’t be the equivalent of full-time jobs.
2. Samuel Leeds The Eviction 2024: Deal Sourcing
If you aren’t starting with a lot of money, you will need to raise some cash. If you can find and negotiate property deals, deal sourcing is a great way to do this. All you need to do is find the deal and then sell the information to investors for a fee. You can build a list of investors by attending property networking events. Alternatively, you can co-deal source for an existing deal sourcer, find deals to sell to their list, and split the fee.
If you don’t know how to find and negotiate property deals yet, you will need to take some time to study. Read books, watch my YouTube videos and attend training events.
3. Samuel Leeds The Eviction 2024: Rent To Rent
Now that you have a few thousand pounds to invest, it is time to go get some recurring income! One of the best ways to do this is with rent to rent deals. This is where you rent a property from a landlord (with the appropriate contracts and permissions). You then either rent the property on short stay lets (rent to serviced accommodation) or rent the property by the room (rent-to-HMO). Get a few of those deals, and you will quickly replace the average UK salary. Congratulations, you are now financially free!
To do this will take some knowledge and the correct legal paperwork, so invest some money into training before you begin.
