Is Samuel Leeds Legit? 3 Incredibly Powerful Points From Debating My Biggest Critic!

Is Samuel Leeds Legit?: In a no-holds-barred debate with property expert Adam Lawrence, we dive deep into some of the most controversial topics surrounding my training business. From marketing stunts to supporting vulnerable individuals, the discussion covers it all. Adam questions whether my approach leaves a positive impact, and I address these concerns head-on with transparency and honesty.

If you want to see exactly how I did, I would recommend watching the full video until the end. You can find the video at the top of the page or on my YouTube channel.

I recently put out a challenge for my critics to come and debate me in person. Adam filled out the form, but thought he wouldn’t be picked. He thought only actors and ‘softies’ would be selected. But, in reality, I want to be challenged by my toughest critics! In the debate, we cover a large range of topics, and I have put the full, unedited video up, so you can make up your own mind.

In this article, I will address 3 top points from the debate. By the end of the article, you will be able to make a more informed decision about me and my business. If you know anyone who is sceptical about my property training business, please consider sharing this article with them.

1. Is Samuel Leeds Legit?: Are My Stunts Hurting the Property Industry?

Adam said he thinks I have some of the best marketing in the industry, but it has the side effect of reflecting poorly on landlords. Although on his application form to debate me he said that I engage in ‘constant’ engineered stunts, he only brought up one example that he thought fit these criteria!

The stunt he brought up was the ‘chainsaw landlord’ stunt. This was a 20-second TikTok clip of me chainsawing a door. Part of the point of doing the stunt was to show that the media will always jump to conclusions, and won’t check their facts, because they want to attack landlords.

The media did pick up the clip and falsely claimed it showed me evicting a tenant. This allowed me to expose the media on GB News. It also got a public discussion around evictions going. I feel that the effect of this stunt was mainly positive, but in any event, it only forms a small part of my overall content. Most of my content is property education, which has helped many people and is good for the industry.

2. Is Samuel Leeds Legit?: Do I Pray On Vulnerable People?

Adam has spoken to a number of people who have done wealth creation training and haven’t done well. He has spoken to people who have done other property training – not via my company – who have ended up in a mess. Many of them have had to walk away from their investments. He is therefore worried about people on low incomes buying training that they can’t actually afford.

Adam said one way to measure this is to look at how many people pay for their training using a credit card, putting themselves in debt. In the case of Universities, 95% of students get into debt to attend. With my courses, 82% pay for training with their savings, only 18% use a credit card. Adam seemed quite impressed with this, probably not what he was expecting!

3. Is Samuel Leeds Legit?: Does My Training Really Work?

But does my training actually see results for my students? This is probably one of the most important questions. If you go to a training company, you want to know that they have success training people!

Adam is big on measuring data, as am I. I explained to Adam that at our last Academy graduation, which is at the end of the 12-month programme, 86% of that group of graduates were making a minimum of £2,000 per month in property. Some of my students surveyed were making £10k-£15k a month in property!
