It covers: packaging and selling deals; controlling property through rent-to-rents; and lease option agreements. It also covers finding investors, getting investors to actually put the money in your account, and how to extract money using the art of sales (specifically in this property investment sector).
I'm going to be giving away everything I possibly can during this event. It's a one-day programme, and it's going to be a long one. We'll start at 9:00 a.m. and go on until the evening.

I'm running it in London on the 20th of September, then in Birmingham on the 27th, and Manchester on the 28th, which is a Saturday. I'll run it a few times, and I only have the capacity for a few hundred tickets.
