Become comfortable being uncomfortable! Try new things, and learn new skills, every day. Do the parts of your business you find most intimidating until they seem easy to you. Don’t let your fears hold you back from success!

2. How To Build Resilience As An Adult: You Are A Product Of Your Environment!

If you are around people that are successful, you will naturally push yourself to succeed! If you are around people that don’t push themselves, you will go easier on yourself. Get yourself in the right rooms and around the right people. This will force you to become resilient fast, just to keep up!

Begin networking with people in your industry who are at the top of their game. Attend training events and find mentors!

3. How To Build Resilience As An Adult: Just Do It!

The most stressful part of doing something for the first time is the anticipation. Whether you are making your first sales call, or booking an appointment with an estate agent, thinking about doing it is the worst part. Once you take action and do it, it is normally not as bad as you expected.
